The Batlhako are a Setswana-speaking Sotho-Tswana clan of the western Transvaal (North West province), settled in the Rustenburg/Mabeskraal area. Their totem is the elephant (tlou). They form part of the cluster of Tswana chiefdoms of the Bojanala/Pilanesberg region.
